Whey protein concentrates (WPC) are an important group of whey-based food ingredients. They are used in confectionery products, cereal and nutrition bars, processed cheeses, baked goods, sports beverages and muscle gain formulations.
WPC contains low levels of fat and low levels of carbohydrates.
This High quality whey protein has a Protein content of 80%. The instantized whey proteins are produced with sunflower lecithin. For sports applications our proteins are tested according WADA.

In baking, whey protein is used for its emulsifying, foaming, gelling, stabilizing, browning, and nutritional properties. It is also used as a substitute for egg whites.
